1 Sep 20253 mins

The Hundred men's competition concluded at Lord’s on Sunday.

We take a closer look at the best performances by the pre-signed Betway SA20 Season 4 stars over the past month.

JOS BUTTLER (DURBAN'S SUPER GIANTS)

Matches: 8 | Runs: 283 | Highest Score: 70 | Average: 40.42 | Strike Rate: 144.38

Durban’s Super Giants have certainly completed a coup by signing up the former England white-ball captain for Season 4. The former Paarl Royals top-order batter’s consistency is phenomenal as he finished second on the overall run-scoring charts. He will be hoping to bring his runs along with him when he arrives at Kingsmead later this year.

WILL JACKS (PRETORIA CAPITALS)

Matches: 9 | Runs: 275 | Highest Score: 72 | Average: 30.55 | Strike Rate: 154.49

The Pretoria Capitals’ six-hitting machine was instrumental in Oval Invincibles’ completing their three-peat. Jacks was once again sensational at the top of the order, providing the Invincibles with positive starts throughout their successful campaign.

JONNY BAIRSTOW (SUNRISERS EASTERN CAPE)

Matches: 9 | Runs: 248 | Highest Score: 86* | Average: 35.42 | Strike Rate: 156.96

Having moved down to the east coast from Joburg Super Kings, the veteran World Cup winner showed that he still has plenty to offer the Sunrisers Eastern Cape in the Season 4. Bairstow was on fire for his Welsh team, striking 27 boundaries and 12 maximums in the competition.

DONOVAN FERREIRA (JOBURG SUPER KINGS)

Matches: 9 | Runs: 181 | Highest Score: 63 | Average: 45.25 | Strike Rate: 235.06

Joburg Super Kings’ Wildcard showed why he remains one of the most dangerous finishers in the short-format game. Ferreira boasted the highest strike-rate in the competition, punctuated by his 18 sixes off just the 77 balls he faced. Add a further 10 boundaries, and 'The Don' smashed over a third of his deliveries to the fence.

RASHID KHAN (MI CAPE TOWN)

Matches: 6 | Wickets: 12 | Best Bowling: 3/11 | Average: 13.66 | Economy Rate: 8.20

The MI Cape Town captain showed his bouncebackability and class by recovering from the worst figures (0/59) in the competition’s history to finish joint second highest-wicket taker - despite playing just six games in comparison to his rivals’ nine and 10 matches.

RICHARD GLEESON (JOBURG SUPER KINGS)

Matches: 8 | Wickets: 9 | Best Bowling: 3/30 | Average: 26.11 | Economy Rate: 10.84

After all their fast bowler injury woes of Season 3, Joburg Super Kings will just be relieved when new-signing Richard Gleeson arrives at the Wanderers fully fit and ready to go. The former Durban’s Super Giants and Sunrisers Eastern Cape paceman is a quality performer and showed his worth again by being among the leading wicket-takers in The Hundred.
