11 Jan 20253 mins
England allrounder Chris Woakes made his debut for Durban’s Super Giants in front of a packed Kingsmead in their season opener of Betway SA20 Season 3. The 35-year-old is, in fact, a double World Cup winner after also spearheading England’s new-ball attack during the ICC Men's ODI World Cup in 2019. Woakes has enjoyed an extensive international and T20 franchise league career and will add a great deal of quality with both bat and ball.
