Nightwatchman's Pass Parking: Parking allocated in the Riverend Parking Area. Nightwatchman Ticket holders will have to display their tickets at the Riverend gate entry to be allowed to park.

Stadium access: Nightwatchman's Pass ticketholders can enter through the Riverend Gate. Multiple channels will be available to facilitate entry. Gates 1, 2, 3 & 4 will also be available for use in case of preference.

Getting to the stadium

Organisers have put in place the following arrangements to facilitate parking and transport to Centurion.

Road closures: There will be partial Road Closure on West Avenue from 13:30 onwards.

Public parking on sale:

Limited parking is still available, please refer to the map below as well as the route details and landmarks below):

• Red: Gym VIP - R120 (You can enter West Avenue through the Gautrain/Home Affairs side of the street or via Botha Avenue)
• Pink: Rugby Field - R120 (Please enter West Avenue via the Gautrain/Home Affairs side of the street)
• Green: Mushroom - R100 (Please use Leonie Street via South Street for the most direct access)
• Pink: Rugby Field – R100 (Please enter West Avenue via the Gautrain/Home Affairs side of the street)
• Orange: Riverside - R100

Following these routes will help reduce congestion and improve your parking experience.

Your tickets, what to know:

We have put in place the following systems and processes to facilitate entry at the turnstiles.

Printed tickets

To ease access, it recommended spectators print tickets purchased online at home and bring this to the stadium.

• Tickets should be printed in black and white
• Tickets should be printed in their original size – A4 Page
• A high-quality printer must be used so that the bar-code is clear and easy to scan
• Tickets must be kept safe where the bar-code will not be damaged (do not fold ticket across the bar-code)

Tickets on phones

The PDF of the ticket can be downloaded to a cellphone and can be used to scan at the event. Please ensure the following to assist with the scanning at turnstiles:

• When at the verification point, please ensure the screen brightness is set to full and kindly zoom in on the barcode of the ticket/s.

• If multiple tickets are on a phone, it is helpful to assign each ticket to the individual

• The PDF ticket is required to scan.  Please DO NOT take screen shots or photos of your tickets, as they will not scan.

Please note tickets will only work ONCE at the electronic turnstiles at the venue. Spectators should not attempt to distribute copies of tickets. Persons presenting duplicate tickets will be refused entry. Please keep these tickets safe and locked away until the actual day of the event.

Ticket refund policy:

• The refund process for purchased general access tickets is triggered if a match is abandoned before 7 full overs are bowled.
• All tickets will be refunded by Ticketpro.
• TicketPro will send a communication to all ticketholders
• Ticketpro will do auto refunds on all tickets paid via Credit Card and Ozow.  Customers who bought at stadium or paid via Instant EFT (Payfast), Mobicred, Masterpass, Snapscan will need to complete a refund application which includes sending TicketPro their bank details and copy or their tickets for EFT refund.  This is outlined in the communication that will go from TicketPro to all ticketholders.
