Quick Guide to Transferring Tickets
Avoid the match-day scramble: transfer your tickets now📲 If you’ve ever been that person stuck at the gate waiting for the last (always-late) friend you bought tickets for… you’ll know why sharing tickets ahead of time is a game-changer.
Transferring your tickets
Transfer your tickets early so your friends, colleagues or family can walk in without waiting around for you — or vice versa. It’s simple, fast and makes getting through the gates a breeze.
Step 1: Log in to your SA20 All Access account and select Access your tickets. You can also access your tickets at any time from the order confirmation you received after your purchase.
Step 2: Click on the match you want to share tickets for. You will then be directed to the ticketing site. Please note: Your account needs to be verified before you can transfer tickets. If it isn’t verified yet, you’ll be prompted to do so first.
Step 3: Select the ticket you want to transfer and then enter the email address of the person you’re transferring to.
Step 4: They’ll receive an email to redeem the ticket. Once they accept it, it’s theirs to use. Don’t forget to pop them a message to tell them you’ve shared it and they’ll need to accept.
Accepting a transferred ticket
Step 1: Click on the Accept transfer button in the email we will send you.
Step 2: Enter your details and select Accept.
Step 3: You are good to go! We will send you an email where you can view your tickets.
What now?
The barcode you will need to scan into the stadium will only appear on your ticket 7 days prior to the match. We will send you an email as soon as it is ready for you to download to your Apple or Google Wallet. We suggest downloading it at home to avoid connectivity issues and gate delays.
Gates open 3 hours before 1st ball, so avoid the queues and arrive early to enjoy pre-match activities: food and drinks, free giveaways, kids’ entertainment (stilt walkers, balloon artists, face painting, colouring), sponsor activations, games, DJs, kiss cams, dance cams, and more.
